where it is our mission to help people focus on the true meaning of Christmas.
Without the birth of Jesus, there would be no celebration.
Christmas is a time to spend in adoration of Emmanuel, God with us;
a time to wonder in awe at the miracle of His birth;
a time to spread the Good News found in the second chapter of Luke:
“Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.”
We know that it’s easy to get caught up in all the holiday revelry, shopping and
gatherings, and to somehow forget why we celebrate this glorious occasion.
We give and accept gifts, rush around to church activities, meet with families and friends
and somehow amidst the singing of carols and the writing of cards,
we fail to focus on the Christ-child.

We created the Sands of Bethlehem Ornaments as reminders
of the true meaning of Christmas,
in hopes that people from all ends of the earth could develop a new holiday tradition;
one that includes sharing the Christmas Story through each unique ornament.

Imagine grandparents sharing the Good News to their grandchildren as
they let each child touch the sand of the Holy Land.
Newlyweds can start a tradition of telling each other parts of the Story as they lovingly hang each ornament on the tree.
Parents can teach their children about the birth of our Savior as they take each ornament from its own keepsake box and read the special ornament tag to them.

As the Sands of Bethlehem Ornaments get passed on from generation to generation,
we’re glad that we could participate in creating new traditions for families all over the
world. These ornaments bind us all together with a common theme –
Emmanuel,
God is with us,
Jesus Christ is born!
